A self-proclaimed food snob and gym rat, I am the mother of six feisty kids and the wife of a strong and self-confident man with thick skin. I've been living in the Five Towns since 1999 and began writing about my life experiences (i.e., the crazy things that happen to me and around me) about five years ago. I find it incredibly cathartic. Sometimes, I wish my internal filter worked better than it does or had a faster response time. Fortunately for frequent readers of "That's Life," they benefit from that biological defect. My husband, on the other hand, does not.
